1. Booking Deposit

At Sun Health Clinic, we are commited to providing the best care to all patients. When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside specifically for you, and if it is missed without adequate notice, that time cannot be used to treat another patient. Therefore, we require a non-refundable booking deposit which counts towards your treatment fee.

2. Cancellation and No Show Policy

You may reschedule your appointment via the confirmation email 48 hours before the appointment, or you may email sunhealthandwellness@gmail.com. Please understand we do not accept bookings or rescheduling appointments via social media chats.

- If you miss an appointment without contacting us within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment.
- If you miss a coupon, package, or voucher booked treatment, it is considered as used and cannot be rescheduled.
- If you are late for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will attempt to accommodate you, and this may end up being a shortened treatment. However, it will still count as a treatment for the purposes of coupons, packages and vouchers.
- If you cancel an appointment, please understand we do not refund deposits.
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before your booked appointment, you may reschedule the appointment to a different time. But if you cancel or miss your appointment again after rescheduling, we reserve the right to decline treatment and/or charge a cancellation fee.

3. Price and Payment

All prices listed in our clinic and on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (as applicable).The prices indicated may be changed at any time without advance notice. However, the treatments shall be charged at the price when purchased.

Where you pay by payment card, you warrant that you have the necessary rights to use the payment card and that you are fully authorised to use it to pay for the order. You also warrant that this payment card provides access to sufficient funds corresponding to the total cost of the order.

4. Patient Responsibility

It is the your responsibility to:
- Ask any questions you have and provide physicians at Sun Health Clinic an accuarate medical history and other relevant information before consenting to treatment by signature.- Follow treatment after-care protcols for optimal result
- Book appointments and complete all treatments within required time for coupons and treatment packages
- Attend appointments on time

Please also consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the information received from us. Your physician or health care practitioner should address any and all medical questions, concerns and decisions regarding the possible treatment of any medical condition.

5. Package Treatments

We offer a range of package treatments that can include single or multiple types of treatments over a defined period of time. These treatments are customised to the specific requirements of each patient, with the goal of achieving a specific result by multiplying a single treatment or combining multiple treatments.Our package treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable, no cash value, not subject to coupons or specials unless specified, and the full treatment must be completed in the defined time.

6. Vouchers and Coupons

All our vouchers and coupons have specific rules that apply, including:
- They cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers and specials.
- They have an expiry date.
- They can only be used for individual treatments over a stated price on the coupon.
- Only one voucher can be used per visit to the clinic.
- They are not applicable to products.
- They are not transferable.

7. Credit Card Storage

If you purchase treatments through our website or in our clinics, we may store your credit card details (via acuity booking system). If you purchase a treatment from us, you agree to the storage of those details. However, if you are at all concerned with the potential security of this secure storage process, you may request that we do not store this information.

8. Refund Policy

Generally, refunds will not be provided for products or treatments purchased from us. Treatment results and longevity can vary from patient to patient, we do not offer refund on treatments we have provided. We will provide refunds of products and treatments sold to you where we are required to do so by Australian Consumer Law, including:
- For any products or treatments purchased which we are unable to provide to you; and
- If you purchase a pre-paid treatment and subsequently do not wish to provide us with the information (e.g. consent form) that we require to provide that pre-paid treatment to you (in this case, we obtain the right to keep the booking deposit).
